Terms of practice

The agreement between you and Arte: what we offer, what we ask of you, and what we cannot promise.

Last updated 1 October 2026

Health and safety

Elena is a yoga teacher, not your doctor. Nothing in Arte is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and no practice here is prescribed for a condition.

Talk to a qualified clinician before you begin, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or living with a heart, joint, blood-pressure or neurological condition.

You practise unsupervised, and nobody can see you. Work within the range your body offers today, use the props a practice asks for, and come out of any shape that produces pain, dizziness or breathlessness. Stop and seek help if something is wrong.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and your account to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in, so tell us promptly if you think someone else has it.

One account is one person. Please do not share a membership.

Membership and payment

Membership opens the full library, the programs and the community circle. Some practices stay open to everyone.

Payments are not live yet. Nothing in Arte charges a card today, and any membership you hold has been granted rather than purchased. When real billing arrives, the price, the renewal date and how to cancel will be stated plainly before you are asked for anything.

When billing does begin: a membership renews until you stop it, cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you have paid for, and we will not change a price without telling you first.

What you may do with the practices

Your membership is a personal licence to stream the practices for yourself. It is not a licence to download, re-upload, screen publicly, or teach from the recordings.

The videos, writing, photography and the Arte name belong to the studio.

What you write here

Your reflections remain yours. By posting one you let us show it in the app to the people its visibility allows.

The circle is a place for practice, not for promotion, abuse, or anyone else's private business. We may remove a reflection or close an account that makes the circle unsafe.

What we cannot promise

Arte is offered as it is. We cannot promise that every video plays on every device, that the service is never interrupted, or that a practice will produce a particular result in your body.

To the extent the law allows, the studio is not liable for injury or loss arising from your use of the practices. The safety section above is not a formality.

Ending it

You can delete your account whenever you like, from your profile.

We may close an account that breaks these terms. If we do, we will tell you why.

Changes

These terms will change as Arte grows — most obviously when real payments begin. Material changes will be announced in the app, not slipped quietly into this page.
